Hewlett-Packard Laboratories  CRC, Palo Alto Interactive Video Initiative Strategist, 1994 to 1997

Developed business and technology strategy for next generation multi-media interactive devices including video servers, interactive set top boxes, home multimedia networks, high speed cable modems, end-to-end user scenarios and applications.

Worked with HP Divisions and Group (R&D and business management) to forge synergistic programs and relationships both within HP and with outside partners. Developed and presented a cohesive vision and message for HP’s interactive multi-media business segment.

Developed testbed requirements and interactive network characteristics for user environment, application testing and system performance testing.

HP Labs montagé

Founder/ R&D Manager/Marketing Manager Interactive Media Technologies Operation, 1992 to 1994

Initiated business plan and obtained approval from HP's CEO to start new operation to provide hardware and software solutions for interactive video applications.

Established strategic direction and managed the development of industry leading distance learning solution.

Built exceptional R&D team with unique skill set in broadcast communications, network transaction processing systems, and database analysis systems.

Developed the interactive architecture for group classrooms and individual desktop instruction.
